At the start of an internship the supervisor must download a Work Plan for the intern – see attachments below. There are various types of Work Plan depending on the category of internship i.e.
- Games Development Administrative Assistant;
- Games Development Project Coordinator;
- Urban Development Project Coordinator;
- Third Level Project Coordinator;
- Club Development Project Coordinator;
- Administrative Internships.
The Work Plan includes a description of the Internship Programme. This includes an outline of the intern’s goals and objectives for the internship period. For all Games Development internships a series of goals and objectives are identified within the Work Plan and further strategies for achieving the objectives are provided.
Furthermore, a monthly schedule is also included in the Work Plan. At the start of every month the intern and supervisor must identify a monthly schedule – this monthly schedule must then be submitted by the intern to the National Coordinator– firstname.lastname@example.org.
At the start of an internship the Work Plan must be completed by the supervisor, mentor and intern before being submitted to the National Coordinator. Thereafter, it is the intern’s responsibility to complete the monthly schedule section of the Work Plan at the start of every month and to submit it to the National Coordinator.
