MENTOR'S CHECKLIST
1. Complete and sign JobBridge Standard Agreement Form with Supervisor
and Intern and submit to the National Coordinator.
2. Complete and sign Fís JobBridge Mentoring Agreement with the Intern
and submit to the National Coordinator (caoimhe.nineill@gaa.ie).
3. Review and sign Fís JobBridge Work Plan and submit completed Fís
JobBridge Work Plan to the National Coordinator.
4. Meet with intern as per Mentoring Agreement.
